At the Bob Marley Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached, then securely pack them using the original shipping materials if possible.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
